Visitation will be held Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 1-3 pm, service to follow at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46250.
Ella Mae Hedges, age 83, died peacefully on December 20, 2013 surrounded by her family. Ella Mae was born June 13, 1930, the daughter of Joshua and Ethel Taylor. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald S. Heffernan and leaves behind four children: Daniel, Kevin, Joy Crays and Anita Strauss; daughter in law: Kelly Heffernan; son in law: Steven Strauss; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. Ella Mae was loved by all that knew her. She was cherished will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 1-3 pm, service to follow at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46250.
